Clash for Android

Clash for Android is the Android client for the Clash proxy tool.

How to use Clash on Android

There are some differences between the Android version and the Windows version, the steps are as follows:

  1. Download and install Clash for Android

    On your Android device, download the latest version of Clash for Android APK file and install it on your phone.

  2. You will need to obtain a subscription link from a Clash-enabled node provider or manually configure the node information.

    Most V2Ray service providers offer Clash configuration subscriptions.

  3. Importing Configurations

    Open Clash for Android, click the “…” button in the upper right corner, select “Import from Clipboard” or “Import from Subscription”. button on the top right corner, select “Import from Clipboard” or “Import from Subscription”, and paste the subscription link or node data you got to import the configuration.

  4. Select Proxy Mode

    Click on the “Proxy” tab at the bottom of the column, select the proxy mode you need, such as “Global” means that all traffic through the proxy server.

  5. Select Node

    On the “Proxy” page, click “Node Selection” to select the node you want. You can also check the latency and speed of the node here.

  6. Enable Clash

    Back in the main interface, turn on Clash’s System Proxy switch to enable Global Proxy. At this point, all application network traffic will pass through the node you selected.

Note that on Android 9 and higher, Clash requires VPN access to realize system proxy, so you may need to manually allow VPN connection request when you enable it for the first time.
